Warranties and Returns

 

The implied warranty on goods supplied places an obligation on Winagain Holdings to accept the return of unsafe or defective goods, subject to submission of the original receipt within 30days, in accordance with any and all laws governing Consumers through the Consumer Protection Laws.

All return costs for returning defective or damaged items will be at the expense of the buyer.  The seller may decide to refund some or all of these costs at it's sole discression. 

Due to the nature of copyright laws, and laws governing intelectual property, no returns wil be accepted on Software, CD's DVD's and Blue-ray Disks, unless the media itself has been found to be damaged, and such return is for replacement due to such damage.

Should any item received be damaged in transit, such damage must be communicated to the seller within 24hours of receipt of the items, should such notice not be made, the seller reserves the right to accept such items for exchange.  All costs for returns remain to the account of the buyer

REFUNDS:

Should a refund be required, this refund will be returned to the account which deposited such amount directly.  No refund will be made to any other account other than that which made the deposit.  Refunds can take up to 30days to complete.  Refund process shall only commence once the items have been received for return.
